The AeroPure VSF110DCMH-S is the most intelligent fan in the entire AeroPure lineup — a continuous-run DC motor exhaust fan with both a humidity sensor and a motion sensor that work together to keep your bathroom fresh around the clock, automatically, without any manual operation required.

Here's how it works: the fan runs continuously at a whisper-quiet 30 CFM background level — so low you'll barely know it's there, but enough to maintain steady baseline ventilation and prevent stale air buildup. When the motion sensor detects someone entering the bathroom, the fan automatically kicks up to your pre-set high CFM speed (choose from 80, 90, 110, 120, or 140 CFM). The humidity sensor provides a second layer of protection — if moisture levels climb above your set threshold (adjustable from 50–100% RH), the fan ramps up independently, even if the motion sensor hasn't triggered.

The fan continues to run at its high speed until the humidity drops below your set threshold, then returns to the low continuous 30 CFM mode. This dual-sensor approach means the fan responds to both occupancy and actual moisture conditions — eliminating the two most common causes of inadequate bathroom ventilation: forgetting to turn the fan on, and turning it off before the room has cleared.

The brushless DC motor operates at just 0.6 sones at 110 CFM, and the slim-fit housing installs in 2×6 joist construction for new builds and remodels. IC-rated and ETL/cETL listed for tub and shower enclosures with GFCI wiring. Available in White with a clean contemporary designer grille.
